This package is designed to kick start you on a new road towards sustainable weight loss. The eight week programme will guide you through a personalised plan of exercise with techniques that can be used long term to progress and maintain your levels of fitness.
The package includes 2 personal training sessions per week (at a time to suit you) and
free access to our new class – The Rise, to boost your metabolism and focus your mind.
