Sometimes its hard to stay motivated when you are training week in and week out ! I like to surround myself with people and ideas that

motivate and inspire me. I like to train at least once a week with a friend that inspires me to work harder and challenge myself. I also like to hunt for new blogposts that inspire and motivate me, whether its recipes or new exercises.
