Accept yourself as you are now, accept the things you cant change and embrace the changing of things that can be changed.

Accept exercise into your life, find activities you enjoy and that you can adhere to, it will be tough, be realistic about how you choose to exercise.

Accept and seek out help from people  who can advise and support you on your journey, try not to be overwhelmed by nutrition and exercise, let someone simplify it for you.

Accept it will be a journey not an ¬†overnight change, patience will be required, the important thing is that you’ve accepted the first step in acknowledging that something needs to change.
