#2 Never believe that you lack motivation, if you’ve made changes to the way you eat or exercise you are already motivated, if you have the desire to change you do have motivation you just need to make the right decisions to get you there.

#3 Understand that life will get in the way, there will be days where you feel unwell, pull a muscle or get to bogged down at work……………….being consistent means giving your self the power to choose to stick with it and move forward.
